- Inner chamber 2mm cast iron sheet
- Top surface and sides completely 2cm firebrick

Double-pressed blackening oxidized copper outer coating
Heat-resistant black paint on the inside of the hood
Provides high level air flow with special hood design
Filter system
Adjustable ball joint legs
Each 75cm has 1 40x50cm cast iron grill
Grill top corners are covered with stainless steel
Stainless oil dispenser is available in front of the grill
Compe insulated on 3 sides from grill to hood
